Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers through eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and the ability to prioritize.

• Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as the customer loyalty program, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.

• Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15-35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 ft using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted pay range: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.
