Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.;
Manage store associates through Lids Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present.;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.;
Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines including safekeeping of inventory and funds.;
Lead customer experience by executing selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets and resolve customer feedback and escalations.
