PT Food Court Associate - 6104

The primary purpose of this job is to operate deli equipment and assist with preparing and serving deli products, including pizza, sandwiches, and other prepared foods.

The team member must be able to perform all tasks and operate all equipment associated with this position.

• Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of the shift.
• Prepare sandwiches, subs, roast or fry chicken and appetizers, heat soup, make pizza, transfer deli food to case containers, label, and merchandise per plan-o-gram (POG).
• Take orders, slice meat or cheese, weigh, wrap and label, and package deli items for customers.
• Work in the grab-and-go lunch meat and cheeses section and prepare products for the sales floor warmers and hot bar per POG and SOP.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters; track and record loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
• Perform other deli tasks as assigned, including production and assembly for sales floor needs and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain adherence to safety procedures, PPE use, proper lifting, and emergency protocols.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations; meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet company performance standards, including regular attendance; able to learn and use equipment and tools for the job.

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or as needed
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs; stand 55%, walk 45%; temperature variations from freezer to non-air-conditioned back room

• Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in the policy manual and team member handbook.
