Position Summary

Provide frontline service to Sam's Club members, maintaining checkout areas, resolving member issues, promoting products, guiding on self‑service technology, processing purchases, handling returns and refunds, maintaining safety and security standards, training associates, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Provide member service and support at all points of sale.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas including safety sweeps.
• Resolve member issues and concerns; assist with purchasing decisions.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Provide guidance and support on self‑service technology.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Adhere to company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Handle merchandise correctly and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation.
• Execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
• Assist with training Member Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology.
• Arrange and organize merchandise to maintain a safe shopping environment and identify shrink and damage.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment and assist members with transportation of items.

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
