As a Shift Lead at Plato’s Closet, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly during your shift. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead by example: Motivate and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Support store operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store organization.
• Customer engagement: Help customers find their favorite brands at unbeatable prices while promoting our buy-and-sell model.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Problem-solving: Address any issues that arise during your shift and ensure the store operates seamlessly.
