• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Generate leads through cold calling EMS customers and manage activity in
• Build rapport with territory sales managers and customers, ensuring prompt and professional service
• Partner with the Territory Manager team to achieve sales goals and manage customer concerns

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle multiple projects effectively

• Experience in account management within the medical technology or EMS industry
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to deliver client‑focused solutions based on customer needs
• Familiarity with  or similar CRM software
• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
