This role serves as a point of entry for a career in insurance and risk management serving small businesses, contractors, and churches.

Working in-person with our team in Hagerstown, MD, this is a unique opportunity to use your business, sales, and communication skills to serve those who serve others. You will be onboarded and coached in our state‑of‑the‑art technology and business practices.

Our company is family‑owned and operated and has been in operation since 1938. We have more than 7,000 customers across nine states, and we are expanding into new sectors of business.

We can onboard those who are new to the insurance industry or career professionals seeking more meaningful work.

If you do not have an insurance license, we will enroll you in a pre‑licensing course that will prepare you to obtain an insurance license.

• Prior sales and service experience.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  The position requires the employee to have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This role takes place in our Hagerstown, MD location.

Compensation:

$21.00 to $27.00 per hour plus bonuses for sales made.
