Sales Associate - Western Sports Medicine

As a sports medicine sales representative at Stryker, you’ll serve as the face of our products, leading sales pitches, demo meetings, and trade shows. You’ll analyze market territory, manage inventory reports, negotiate pricing and terms, solve product problems for customers, and act as a subject‑matter expert to educate doctors, nurses, and staff.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred).
• Must be able to drive a vehicle.
• Must be able to travel overnight 50% annually.

• Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products, enabling faster recovery for sports‑related injuries.
• Participate in trade shows and market analysis.
• Manage inventory and inventory reports.
• Negotiate pricing terms and close sales agreements.
• Provide product demonstrations in operating rooms and office settings.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
