Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join Figure Markets, reporting to the Head of the Exchange. Your primary role will be to develop new potential clients and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify sales funnels and pipelines.
- Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and Figure Markets’ businesses: the Exchange, Stablecoin (YLDS), Loans, and Margin Trading.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to ensure maximum service adoption.
- Manage the handover of newly acquired clients to the Customer Success Team and monitor account openings and progress.
- Advocate for clients by providing insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, and close deals.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging expertise of Figure Markets’ products and how they meet the needs of a specific client.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in cryptocurrency sales roles focusing on trading platforms, blockchain technology, and wallet infrastructure.
- Hunter mentality with a drive to prospect and resilient follow‑up.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, blockchain technology, and wallet infrastructure.
- Experience cultivating client relationships in person and over the phone, developing long‑term relationships.
- Strong client relationship building experience and professional, pleasant communication style.
- Genuine interest in financial services and cryptocurrency; crypto experience professionally or personally is a plus.
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast‑paced environment.
