Event Staff – On-Call

Level IV Protection Group is seeking alert and customer-focused Event Staff to provide security and support for a variety of special events, including corporate functions, private parties, and public gatherings. In this on-call role, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety and smooth operation of events by managing access, crowd control, and responding to any issues that may arise. You’ll represent Level4 Protection Group with professionalism, providing a positive and secure experience for attendees.

• On-Call (flexible scheduling based on event needs)

• Manage guest access and control entry points.
• Monitor event crowds to ensure safety and prevent disturbances.
• Assist attendees and provide information as needed.
• Respond to minor incidents and report any significant issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a professional and visible presence throughout the event.
• Collaborate effectively with event organizers and other staff.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Prior experience in security or customer service is preferred.
• Possession of a Maryland Wear & Carry Permit and Maryland Security Guard Clearance Card is a significant asset, especially for events requiring armed presence.
