Ready to suit up as a Security Guard in a Concierge post? This role places a high emphasis on customer service as you’ll work across various shifts and environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Multiple set schedules available:
  • Saturday & Sunday – 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (16 HPW)
  • Saturday & Sunday – 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (16 HPW)
  • Saturday & Sunday – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (16 HPW)
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.31 / hr (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• At least 3 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
• MD Guard Card holder
• 21 years of age or older as required by law
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Valid Driver’s License for Vehicle Patrol
• Ability to complete a 40‑hour basic training course
