- Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally while managing stressful situations.
- Dispatch the proper authorities to subscribers’ locations in emergencies, verify that help is on the way, and notify responsible parties.
- Assist alarm company partners with alarm system tests to ensure subscriber alarms work properly.
- Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer.
- Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure accurate handling of alarms and foster professional growth.
- Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Available to work day/early morning shifts.
- Prior customer‑service experience preferred.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Willingness to work at least one weekend day per week or every other weekend and holidays.
- Ability to commit to a six‑month employment period.
- Completion of a fully‑paid two‑week training class.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
