Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading areas, trailer yards, parking lots, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials, directing traffic flow, and reporting security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
