Security Officer Part Time Courtesy Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, stockroom access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor foot traffic, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential hazards according to site protocols;
Support access control and closing or opening routines as assigned, including checking designated areas, verifying authorized access, and assisting with security-related concerns in a professional manner
