Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe building activity, and assist with visitor interactions in accordance with property rules and post instructions.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal management.;
Support daily property operations by reporting maintenance-related issues, unusual conditions, and/or policy violations encountered during patrols and routine site activity.
