Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter;
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized personnel and visitors, and documenting entries, exits, deliveries, and incidents;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by established protocols;
Observe and report suspicious activity, hazardous conditions, and security-related policy violations while maintaining detailed and accurate activity reports
