Location: Hagerstown, MD
Pay Range: $25-$30+/hr

We’re currently hiring a Trailer Mechanic in our Hagerstown, MD location. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

• You’ll work alongside experienced supervisors and skilled technicians.

Note: All new hires must pass a background check and drug screening.

• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on medium- to heavy-duty trucks and trailers to meet DOT and company standards.

• Diagnose and repair issues related to:

  • Air and hydraulic brakes

  • Tires

  • Suspension and steering systems

  • Electrical systems

  • Drivelines

  • Mobile A/C and refrigeration

  • Trailer doors, floors, and side panels

  • Engine overhauls and rebuilds

• Conduct welding and fabrication as needed.

• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all repairs using internal systems.

• Work collaboratively with safety, operations, and driving staff to reduce vehicle downtime and ensure compliance.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Perform occasional service calls and work overtime as needed.

• Valid Class 7 Inspection License (required)

• CDL License (preferred)

• Must own your own tools

• Must pass DOT physical, background check, and drug test

• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, with solid trailer repair experience

• Familiarity with electronic diagnostics and repair procedures
