Kinsley Construction is hiring Concrete Carpenters, Concrete Finishers, and Working Foremen for their Building Division in Hagerstown, MD. These full-time roles support a range of structural concrete projects, from formwork and finishing to crew leadership. Ideal candidates are hands‑on, experienced, and ready to work on building frameworks and concrete installations in both field and supervisory capacities.

For Concrete Carpenters:

• Experience in framing, formwork, and finish carpentry
• Ability to work outdoors and follow blueprints
• Must have reliable transportation and tools

For Concrete Finishers:

• Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience
• Proficiency with rider and walk‑behind trowels
• Experience setting forms and placing rebar or mesh

For Concrete Working Foremen:

• Prior experience leading a crew
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel for some projects
• Hands‑on experience with horizontal and vertical concrete

• Experience with skid steers, excavators, and other jobsite equipment
• Ability to read drawings and supervise layout and installation
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills in the field
