Lead HVAC Installer. Will report to our office location in Finksburg, MD.

• Install residential HVAC systems with precision, craftsmanship, and pride.
• Work closely with a skilled team to deliver flawless installations.
• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
• Connect systems to existing infrastructure and ensure everything runs at peak performance.
• Test, troubleshoot, and fine‑tune installations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service—educating homeowners and building trust.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer‑service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license (company policy requires drivers to be at least 21).
