Kinsley Construction is seeking experienced Track Hoe Operators, Track Loader Operators, Pipelayers, and Laborers for their civil division in Hagerstown, Maryland. These positions focus on underground utility projects, including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer installations. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of pipeline safety and excavation regulations. • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating track loaders/track hoes
• Strong knowledge of underground utility installation, excavation regulations, and pipeline safety
• Comfortable performing manual tasks for extended periods and in unfavorable weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug/alcohol test
• Strong punctuality and dependability

• Previous experience with backhoes and excavators is preferred
