This is a roofing contractor based in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US, serving Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, DC. With roots going back to the mid 1900s, the company offers a broad range of residential and commercial roofing services - including installation, replacement, leak repair, storm damage repair, preventative maintenance, and specialty roofing - positioning itself on quality craftsmanship, safety, and customer service.

Multiple foreman positions available across both production and service divisions. Production foremen lead crews on new construction installations and re-roofing projects, overseeing project completion from start to finish. Service foremen manage maintenance programs, emergency repairs, and smaller commercial projects. Both roles offer opportunities for entry-level foremen ready to step into leadership as well as senior positions for experienced supervisors. Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and crew development while maintaining exceptional standards throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Requirements:

• Commercial roofing experience with leadership potential or proven supervisory skills (all experience levels considered)
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship standards
• Ability to lead crews, communicate effectively, and work in various weather conditions throughout Maryland
