Royal Aircraft seeks a Lead Sheet Metal A&P Mechanic to join our Hagerstown, MD hangar team. You will lead sheet metal shop tasks, ensure maintenance per FAA and manufacturer standards, and supervise daily work assignments for mechanics.
Candidates should hold an Airframe license, possess strong knowledge of aircraft systems, and be proficient in reading blueprints and manuals. The role requires physical effort and safety policy adherence; a $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.
