Requirements- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience installing or servicing low-voltage systems preferred
- Experience with fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and networking knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain low-voltage systems
- Work with fire alarm, burglar alarm, access control, and CCTV systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Educate customers on proper system operation
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Meet company quality and performance standards
- Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally
- Travel to customer locations as needed
- Ability to safely climb ladders and operate aerial lifts
- Ability to work in commercial and residential environments
- Ability to travel as required for service and installation work
- Ability to work overtime when needed
