Unit I Salary Scale: $61,074 - $105,331, 10-month work year, 7.5hours per day

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
  • Master-level licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) or Master-level social worker (LMSW) with LCSW-C obtained within three years of employment.
  • Experience in working with families of young children and adolescents.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and emotional control; maintain organization and punctuality.
  • Understanding and commitment to the goals and values of Washington County Public Schools.

  • Required prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to sufficiently move throughout the building and grounds.

  • Ability to travel district-wide and state-wide if needed.
