Join the Erias Ventures team as a CNO - Test Engineer - Web, System, Agile. • Develop, execute, and document automated test software for diverse telephony and networking hardware across multiple platforms.
• Generate test cases based on requirements and product functionality, performing baseline, system, and regression level testing in support of R&D efforts.
• Analyze large log data sets and software test data, documenting results in a clear and concise manner.
• Create test documents such as test plans, requirement verification traceability matrices, and test summary reports.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a test engineer developing or executing test scripts and analyzing results in complex system testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Top‑Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph security clearance required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance.

• Strong web application testing experience.
• Leadership and ownership of test initiatives.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer service mentality.
• Ability to design, oversee, and perform software testing.
• Excellent documentation skills and test documentation development experience.
• Experience with Agile software issue tracking tools (JIRA, Trac, Redmine, etc.).

• Above Market Hourly Pay and a salary range of $175,000 – $260,000 based on education and experience.
