Captivation Software is looking for a mid‑level software engineer to assist with daily responsibilities.

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph; all candidates must be a U.S. citizen.

• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of software engineering experience on projects with comparable software processes may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

• Python
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Containerization (Kubernetes or AWS Elastic Container Service)
• Agile lifecycle experience
• Experience deriving software requirements and collaborating on multi‑team software projects

• Cloud stability, resilience, failover

• Annual salary: $130,000 – $270,000 (dependent on years of experience)
• Up to 20% 401(k) contribution (no matching required, vested from day one)
• Above‑market hourly rates
• $3,600 HSA contribution
