Fed Ex - - Responsibilities:
Move and switch trailers between yard and doors; coordinate trailer movements with management/central control;
Document trailer moves using Yard Management System or switcher cards;
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment;
Load and unload packages; sort packages using conveyors and hand-held scanners;
Operate safely in hot/cold environments with loud noise and fumes as applicable
