CDL A Drivers Home EOD, Earn 1650 to 2K/WK Dedicated Account
Position Type: Dedicated Account – Full Time
Class A Drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional or OTR) will run a dedicated regional account that is home every other day (10‑hour reset) and weekly for 34. Drivers will cover VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV.
Compensation includes mileage pay ranging from $.60 CPM to $.73 CPM based on experience, $250 per trailer unload, and an average of 3 trailers per week adding $125 per week. Weekly pay ranges from $1,650 to $2,000+, with top drivers earning $2,200+ per week. The annual salary averages $80,000 to $115,000. A $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus is paid out over the first six months.
Benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K) start after 30 days of employment.
Training includes $150 per day for 2–5 days on the account before independent operation.
Drivers may have a rider and pet from day one but may not ride with the driver while the train is on the account. Truck home is permitted during home time; full weekend home is not allowed but at least one weekend day is provided.
Qualifications- Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months
- No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last five years (includes any accident that results in injury, jack knife or rollover)
- No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years
- No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years
- No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last two years
- No more than three jobs in the last year
- If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered
