Position: Warehouse Material Handler Hiring Immediately

Job Overview

Permanent Full‑time Material Handler, Hagerstown, Maryland. Responsible for material handling, loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting in a safe, state‑of‑the‑art warehouse environment.

Compensation

Hourly pay $21.00 plus $1.50 per hour shift premium. Paid weekly.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid forklift operator’s license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with good attendance record
  • Self‑directed execution with minimal supervision
  • High level of accuracy even under pressure
  • Capability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Commitment to health and safety methods
  • Availability for flexible schedule and multiple shifts
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
  • Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
  • Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
  • Accurately pick, pack, audit, stack, and tote products; load and unload trucks
  • Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned
