Position Description

• Hourly Pay: $23.45 per hour

  First Shift (B shift):
  Thursday‑Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., every other Wednesday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Video/Warehouse-Job

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1‑2 years of warehouse experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel); working knowledge of WMS systems
• Forklift experience
• Equipment certification may be required at location

Some positions require additional screening including employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer.

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure work load is evenly distributed by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on‑site personnel to resolve problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
