Victaulic is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to run the floor and own daily warehouse operations. You will supervise warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities, plan schedules, manage yard and cross-dock operations, and drive accuracy and speed to meet customer deliveries.
You will lead, coach, and develop associates, train new hires, enforce SOPs, and ensure OSHA and PPE compliance while addressing safety issues. A high school diploma and 3–5 years of DC experience are preferred.
