Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
Compensation: $19.50 - $21 hourly
