• Annual Births: ~160/year (12–17/month) | Staffing: 2 RNs per shift, following AWHONN ratios

• Must receive written confirmation from clinician that housing is arranged, pay package approved, assignment understood; offer signed within 24 hours.
• 2+ years LDRP experience; strong labor & postpartum skills required.
• Comfortable managing laboring patients independently, including nights/weekends.
• Experience in newborn stabilization; care for both mom and baby for first few hours post-delivery.
• Able to titrate drips (Mag, Pit, Insulin if transferring out).
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced

• 1 facility day + Epic training + 2 unit 12-hour shifts

• PRN nasal cannula, non-rebreathers, Centricity EFMSupport

• OB on call (clinic M-F)
• Peds physician days M-F (on call nights/weekends)
• Anesthesia on call (30 min response)

• 7–7 shifts, self-scheduling with core staff; weekends/holidays equitably distributed

Surgical scrubs

• Floating for safety/assistance only; no shifts in other departments.
• Facility has a 50-mile radius rule; candidates’ permanent address required for compliance.
