• $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience

We're Hiring

• Climbing Arborist
• Climbing Arborist Trainee

What You'll Do

• Perform professional tree and shrub care, including pruning, and removals.
• Safely climb trees and use industry-approved rigging techniques (Climbing Arborist positions).
• Operate aerial lifts, chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment.
• Apply tree and shrub treatments, including insect and disease management and fertilization (Plant Healthcare Technician).
• Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in tree care, landscaping, or other outdoor related fields is preferred, but we're happy to train motivated individuals.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely outdoors in all types of weather and physical conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Hailey, Idaho.
