Watkins Distributing is a family‑owned and operated beverage distribution company that has proudly served Idaho and Montana for four generations.

The Beverage Merchandiser:
Part Time is responsible for visiting retail accounts to ensure company products are properly stocked, merchandised, and rotated throughout their assigned route.

Saturday & Sunday

• Stock and merchandise a variety of beverage products safely and efficiently
• Replenish shelves, coolers, displays, and backroom inventory with company products
• Rotate inventory to maintain product freshness and comply with expiration date requirements
• Build, maintain, and remove promotional displays, endcaps, and other merchandising features
• Install and maintain point‑of‑sale materials, signage, and promotional decals
• Safely operate manual handling equipment, including hand trucks, to transport and stock products
• Travel between assigned retail locations using a company vehicle or personal vehicle as directed
• Follow merchandising plans and instructions provided by sales representatives and merchandising supervisors
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a customer‑focused mindset
• Enjoys a physically active role that involves frequent movement throughout the day
• Thrives in a flexible, fast‑paced work environment rather than a traditional office setting

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no major violations
• Reliable transportation for use throughout the workday and proof of current auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement is provided
• Must be able to regularly lift and move beverage cases weighing 20–30 lbs. Duties include bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Work independently across multiple retail locations, including early mornings, weekends, and peak holiday periods as needed
