Minimum requirements:
- Education: A university degree in one of the following fields is required:
Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field. - Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in field, programmes and relates areas.
- Skills: Experience working in a developing country is considered as an asset, background/familiarity with emergency is considered as an asset.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Spanish is required. Fluency in English is considered as an asset.
- Technical knowledge: Specific Technical Knowledge, Common Technical Knowledge and Technical Knowledge to be Acquired/Enhanced to be reviewed specifically and in detail in the TORs.
