Salary: $25 - $30 per hour

1st shift position!

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, processing, or heavy production environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment failures quickly and safely.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following skilled trades:
  • Mechanical Maintenance
  • Industrial Electrical
  • Millwright
  • Pipe fitting
  • Welding/Fabrication
  • Machining
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Self-motivated professional capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing automated manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • 480V, 3-phase electrical systems
  • Motors, motor controls, starters, and contractors
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • PLC troubleshooting and fault diagnostics
  • Sensors, relays, photo eyes, and automated controls
  • Conveyors, production equipment, and material handling systems
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with minimal downtime.
• Experience performing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Background working in high-speed, continuous-process, automated, or lean manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting production equipment reliability through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Technical training, apprenticeship, military maintenance experience, or trade certifications are a plus.
