Position: Facility Coordinator with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our team in Oahu, HI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Coordinates daily facility maintenance activities and monitors the performance of service providers.

* Prepare facility coordination artifacts, maintain accurate records of building systems, and ensure that all maintenance requests are processed according to established SOPs.

* Monitor resource usage and coordinate the delivery of essential supplies for facility operations.

* Drafts and maintains RMI coordination documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.

* Prepare facility artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing coordination actions at regional mission-support sites.

* Assist in identifying infrastructure support gaps and recommend priority resource allocations to sustain theater readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.

* 3+ years of position-relevant experience.

* Demonstrated ability to draft technical coordination documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 7+ years of position-relevant experience.

* Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification.

* Experience using automated facility management systems (e.g., IBM MAXIMO). Clearance Requirements:
* Must hold an active Confidential clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
