Joint Operations Planning Team Analysts with Security Clearance

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Joint Operations Planning Team Analysts to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Approves and monitors comprehensive studies regarding systems analysis and procedural design for operational efficiency.

* Coordinates the development of Technical Reports and procedures manuals to simplify complex management tasks.

* Authorize the collection and interpretation of data for supply chain and logistics network optimization.

* Oversees the execution of JOPT-specific training sessions and wargaming events for multinational partners within the theater.

* Coordinate the preparation of technical training documentation and manuals required for demonstrations and exercises.

* Validate the accuracy of data used in training platforms to foster information sharing and enhance decision-making across the command.

* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

NOTE:

Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.

Minimum Qualifications:

Senior Level
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education)

* Professional-level certification in joint operational planning or instructional design.
Midlevel
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

* Foundational proficiency in Joint Operational Planning Toolkit or similar planning tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 12+ years of position-relevant experience.

* Experience working in a theater-level training or exercise cell.

* Proficiency in data visualization and knowledge management tool

Clearance Required:

* Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
