UAS Robot Integration Trainer Security Clearance

Position: UAS Robot Integration Trainer with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented UAS Robot Integration Trainers to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Drafts and develops instructional materials for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and robotic platforms to support mission-critical skill development.

* Maintain current knowledge of industry standards for autonomous systems to ensure training relevance and technical accuracy.

* Prepare and distribute training assessments to monitor the progress of personnel undergoing integration certification.

* Facilitates the integration of autonomous platforms into theater logistics distribution networks in the Pacific AOR.

* Develop and maintain training SOPs tailored to the employment of UASs in expeditionary and contested environments.

* Prepare technical status updates for training events and coordinate with Mission Partners to validate robotic system interoperability.

* Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

NOTE:

Minimum Qualifications:

Midlevel
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Education, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

* Foundational proficiency in operating and maintaining unmanned robotic systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field and 7+ years of position-relevant experience.

* FAA Part 107 Small UAS Remote Pilot certification or equivalent military qualification.

Clearance Required:

* Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
