Position: Lead Planning Current Operations Specialist with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Planning Current Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu, HI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Oversee the synchronization of complex logistics life cycles including deliberate planning, procurement, and distribution strategies.

* Authorize strategic logistics models to optimize resource allocation across global networks.

* Validate the efficiency of operational workflows to ensure mission readiness and long-term sustainability. Manages the integration of future and current logistics operations to support mission objectives in contested environments.

* Authorize the development of contingency plans for expeditionary logistics across the Indo-Pacific region. Serve as the final technical authority for logistics synchronization during multi-national theater exercises and crisis response.

* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.

* 12+ years of position-relevant experience.

* Demonstrated experience in quality gate oversight and serving as a functional lead.

Preferred Qualifications:

* MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field.

* 12+ years of experience.

* Experience with Joint Operational Planning Toolkit (JOPT) and C2IE systems.

Clearance Required:

* Must hold an active Top Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
