Senior Financial Manager Security Clearance

Position: Senior Financial Manager with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Financial Manager to join our team in Oahu, HI . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Plans and directs accounting and insurance activities for a branch or department within the organization.

* Oversee the preparation of financial statements and coordinate the resolution of complex financial issues with senior stakeholders.

* Validate technical financial artifacts and ensure adherence to established fiscal procedures and regulations.

* Leads the day-to-day execution of the program's financial management plan and oversees the tracking of project-specific budgets.

* Authorize the consolidation of financial data to inform senior-level decision-making regarding resource utilization.

* Manage the implementation of financial process improvements and recommend adjustments to enhance the accuracy of fiscal reporting.

* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field

* 10+ years of position relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

* Background in DOD financial management and FAR compliance. Clearance Requirement:
* Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
