Position: Scheduler with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scheduler to join our team in Oahu, HI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Drafts and prepares technical project schedules and executes routine reviews of schedule artifacts.

* They maintain analytical data logs for schedule metrics and support the preparation of schedule status reports.

* They follow established SOPs to ensure that all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.

* The Scheduler II supports the technical validation of project schedules across the Indo-Pacific theater.

* They draft schedule reports for theater mission nodes and assist in the tracking of milestone completion trends within the Mission Execution and Controls Team.

* They prepare data summaries for mission-partner schedule reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency schedules.

* The Scheduler II takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

* 3+ years of position relevant experience.

* Proficiency in scheduling software and technical reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Foundational knowledge of CPM (Critical Path Method).

* DAWIA Level I in Program Management (or equivalent).

* Experience in military logistics or project scheduling documentation. Clearance Requirements:
* Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
