Position: Lead Procurement Analyst with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Procurement Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* The Lead Procurement Analyst leads the technical execution of procurement acceleration strategies and validates the accuracy of technical specifications to minimize acquisition delays.

* They coordinate the investigation of procurement bottlenecks and lead the development of technical root-cause analyses for supply chain "choke points." They monitor vendor performance against aggressive timelines and validate the implementation of streamlined SOW templates.

* The Lead Procurement Analyst executes strategic procurement expediting throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.

* They translate program-level mission needs into actionable technical specifications and precise SOWs designed to bypass traditionally slow acquisition hurdles and reduce PALT.

* They proactively interface with mission partners to identify and resolve procurement risks before they impact regional readiness and ensure all "asymmetric" requirements meet audit standards.

* The Lead Procurement Analyst provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline.

* 10+ years experience.

* Deep fluency in FAR/DFARS.

* Significant experience drafting complex SOWs and technical requirements. Desired

Qualifications:

* PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt.

* Experience with DoD contract management software.

* Professional capacity for strategic process mapping and reducing PALT. Clearance Requirements:
* Must hold an active secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

* The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
