Position: Procurement Analyst with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* The Procurement Analyst II drafts and prepares technical procurement documentation and executes routine audits of acquisition artifacts.

* They maintain analytical data logs for procurement metrics and support the preparation of acquisition audit reports.

* They follow established SOPs to ensure that all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.

* The Procurement Analyst II supports the technical validation of procurement deliverables across the Indo-Pacific theater.

* They draft audit reports for theater sustainment nodes and assist in the tracking of procurement compliance trends.

* They prepare data summaries for mission-partner acquisition reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency procurement plans.

* The Procurement Analyst II takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.

* 3+ years of position relevant experience.

* Proficiency in procurement management software and technical reporting.
Desired

Qualifications:

* Foundational knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

* Experience in military logistics or procurement documentation.
Clearance Requirements:
* Must hold an active secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

* The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
