Position: Senior Planning Future Operations Specialist with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Planning Future Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu, HI . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Validates the analysis and coordination of ongoing logistical functions including supply chain management and transportation.

* Oversee the development of detailed operational plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

* Manage the lifecycle of logistics documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational gaps.

* Manages the daily synchronization of current operations and provides technical oversight for future logistics requirements.

* Develop comprehensive logistics support plans for theater-wide distribution and sustainment missions.

* Prepare formal document approvals and quality gate assessments for mission-critical logistics artifacts.

* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.

* 10+ years of position-relevant experience.

* Demonstrated experience in quality gate oversight and serving as a functional lead.

Preferred Qualifications:

* MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field.

* 12+ years of experience.

* Experience with Joint Operational Planning Toolkit (JOPT) and C2IE systems.

Clearance Required:

* Must hold an active Top Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
