MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Regional Coordinator Planners to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Plans and directs the logistical functions of organizational units, overseeing resource distribution and supply chain management.
* Monitor the performance of logistics systems and implement organizational policies to achieve operational goals for asset allocation.
* Oversee the documentation of logistical activities and prepare detailed Technical Reports for senior executive review and coordination.
* Manages the execution of logistics planning tasks and theater distribution analysis for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR.
* Evaluate regional Logistics Status Reports to prioritize resource movements and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.
* Lead the coordination of cross-functional Planning Teams to resolve critical operational bottlenecks affecting theater wide readiness.
* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Senior Level
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
* Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical logistics protocols. Midlevel
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
* Demonstrated ability to draft technical logistics documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP certification or a related field.
* Experience with Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) operations.
* Knowledge of MIL-STD logistics and force protection protocols within a regional context.
Clearance Required:
* Must hold an active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
