Facility Supervisor, O&M Security Clearance

Position: Facility Supervisor, O&M with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Supervisor, O&M to join our team in Oahu, HI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Coordinates and monitors the work of technicians engaged in the maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment.

* Prepare work schedules, assign specific tasks, and verify that all repairs meet established SOPs.

* Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure that necessary tools and supplies are available for the technical workforce.

* Drafts RMI status reports and maintains preventative maintenance documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.

* Prepare maintenance artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing repairs at regional mission-support sites.

* Assist in identifies maintenance gaps and recommend priority repairs to sustain theater readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

* 3+ years of position-relevant experience.

* Demonstrated ability to draft technical maintenance documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 7+ years of position-relevant experience.

* OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.

* Experience using automated maintenance management systems such as IBM Maximo or similar tools. Clearance Requirements:
* Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
