Senior Program Quality Manager Security Clearance

Position: Senior Program Quality Manager with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Quality Manager to join our team in Oahu, HI . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Leads the implementation of the quality management system and coordinates regular process reviews across multi-functional departments.

* Validate audit findings and authorize corrective action plans to maintain enterprise-wide compliance.

* Monitor high-value performance indicators and lead internal teams in achieving organizational quality goals.

* Executes strategic quality oversight for logistics and sustainment deliverables intended for theater mission partners.

* Validate the accuracy of complex technical reports and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with the theater campaign plan.

* Coordinate with task leads to proactively identify and resolve programmatic quality issues before they impact mission readiness in the Indo-Pacific.

* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field.

* 10+ years of position relevant experience.

* Experience in formal quality oversight and acting as a functional lead for process improvement deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Six Sigma Green Belt or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).

* Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100 standards in a DoD environment. Clearance Requirement:
* Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
