** Lead Commercial Logistics Planner

** Oahu, HI** . The Lead Commercial Logistics Planner is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and synchronizing logistics and sustainment operations in support of program mission objectives.

** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Enable operational readiness by integrating military and commercial logistics capabilities across distributed and contested environments.

+ Develops and executes logistics plans supporting supply chain operations, transportation, distribution, maintenance, and sustainment.

+ Conduct detailed coordination for logistics services and theater movement control between commercial providers, mission partners, and other major military commands.

+ Leverage systems like LOGCOP and ULM to monitor logistics activities and support the Common Operational Picture through in-transit visibility (ITV). They develop courses of action (COAs) for mission execution in both steady-state and contingency operations. integrates commercial logistics solutions and managed attribution approaches to enhance resilience in the Indo-Pacific.

+ Ensure alignment with DoD policies, joint logistics doctrine, and theater-specific requirements.

+ Develops resilient logistics strategies for distributed and D-DIL environments.

+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior personnel. collaborates with Knowledge Managers, BI Suite Analysts, and Program Managers to ensure data-driven decision-making.

+ Provides recommendations to leadership to optimize logistics performance, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.

* Minimum Qualifications:

* + BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.

+ 10+ years of position-relevant experience.

* Preferred Qualifications:

* + MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field.

+ 12+ years of experience.

* + Must hold an active Secret clearance

* Physical Requirements:
